about: A tribute to the legendary rural, organic, meat-loving celebrity chef. This has been a live favourite for ages, but for some reason I never put it on This Is Not An Album. I probably thought it was too silly. What a ridiculous idea.

I played this song to Hugh at the River Cottage Autumn Festival in September 2009. He blushed like a schoolboy, and enjoyed every minute of it. Even when I was still playing it the next evening after a gallon of home-made cider.
